Items are packed and dispatched by our volunteer team. In-stock items will normally be dispatched within 14 days from receipt of your order. If your item is not in stock (e.g. for bespoke items of clothing), we will liaise with you about the expected date of delivery.
Relevant UK Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price.
Postage is for items sent within the UK only. For items to be sent overseas, please e-mail us for a price quote before placing your order.
Credit / Debit card security
All credit / debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on our website. Card payment processing for on-line orders is undertaken by automated third party handlers, such as PayPal, or Zettle on our behalf.
Merchandise returns policy
Where merchandise is purchased from our on-line shop via the website, please contact the sales team if you have any concerns and are considering returning the goods; please quote any reference / invoice number, date of purchase and reason for concern.
As items of clothing are bespoke, we can only accept returns (and give refunds or offer alternative clothing), if the item is faulty and returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
